Cancellation & Refund

At REPAIRMATE TOOLS, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Our platform is built to give you full control over your orders with dedicated buttons for cancellations, returns, and refunds—no need to call or email us for standard requests.


1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order directly from your account if it hasn’t been shipped.

✅ How to Cancel:

  • Log in to your account on repairmatetools.com

  • Go to My Orders

  • Click the “Cancel Order” button next to the order

  • If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, it will be canceled instantly and your refund will be initiated automatically

Once your order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. You can still initiate a return after delivery.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can raise a return request directly from the order page.

✅ How to Return:

  • Go to My Orders

  • Click on the “Return/Replace” button

  • Upload a photo/video and select the reason

  • Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged, or you’ll be guided on next steps

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories intact.


3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and approved:

  • Refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be prompted to enter your bank details via a secure form for refund processing—no need to contact support

You can track your refund status directly from your account under My Orders.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Items are non-returnable if:

  • Used, damaged after delivery, or returned beyond 7 days

  • Labeled as non-returnable on the product page (due to hygiene or safety concerns)


5. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong or defective item, simply click the “Return/Replace” button and choose “Exchange”. If available, we’ll ship the replacement automatically.
